currently looking for a Linux Administrator for our office in Denver,
Colorado.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Position Summary <BR>The Administrator will be
accountable for the installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of Linux
servers. This individual will also do the required evaluation of hardware and
software for projects, design as well as a continual audit of secure
platforms.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Essential Functions <BR>*Perform server builds,
shell scripting, performance tuning and support.<BR>*Implement hardware and
software RAID solutions.<BR>*Set up day – to –day maintenance of production
system.<BR>*Will perform system performance & stability monitoring and
optimization.<BR>*Incident detection and handling.<BR>*Resource monitoring,
scaling of infrastructure as needed.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><BR>Minimum Essential Requirements <BR>3-5 years
experience as a Linux Administrator. <BR>High School Diploma or GED
required. <BR>Bachelors Degree preferred.<BR>Massive data storage (RAID)
network management experience.<BR>Working knowledge of MPI.<BR>Excellent
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills with little supervision (network,
hardware, OS and performance related problems.)<BR>Good written and verbal
communication skills</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><BR>Preferred Skills<BR>Windows server OS
experience a plus.<BR>Linux certification a plus.<BR>System design
experience.<BR>Linux cluster management experience.<BR>Geophysical or other
high-end data processing background.</FONT></DIV>
