DIRECT HIRE WITH ORACLE - Jr Level Supply Chain Analyst - Broomfield, CO

 

Salary Range:  45k-55k, based on experience 

 

Looking for a Jr Level Supply Chain Analyst for the Broomfield office.

 

Skill Set:

 

-          2-5 years of supply chain, order management experience 

-          Engineering Change Orders - maintenance and support

-          Experience with suppliers who use EDI communication and ATO BOM structures is helpful

-          Data mining knowledge a plus (MS Office, Open Office, Excel)

-          Knowledge of Oracle GSI R12 preferred

-          Excellent communication skills

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

PO management over multiple suppliers to align with Customer Sales Orders, not raw material

pull ins
push outs
qty adjustments 
cancellations
Blanket Purchase Order Agreements set up

 

Inventory management

Rework
Aligning excess inventory in other areas
Customer Returns
Work discrepant material issues
Engineering Change Orders, monitor that they implemented correctly

 

Item Attributes

Leadtime settings
Buyer assignments by part number

 

Manage on time delivery performance by supplier

Making sure suppliers stay on top of delivering on the originally scheduled ship dates
Supplier Scorecard (Availability measurement)

 

Work material shortages with suppliers as needed, work on cross functional teams to insure all of the above are completed.
