Colorado Wireless eXchange is considering putting a repeater on Buckhorn 
Mountain. Does he have line of sight to there? If so then that might be a 
possibility. Contact info at cwx.net for more info.

CWX is very Linux friendly. It's also going to be cheaper and have better 
latentcy than any of the satelite solutions.
