[NCLUG] Cable @home questions

I've noticed the same behaivor. Last night my @home service was down when I
got home from work, and I noticed the lights went solid around 9pm.
Fortunately it's hockey season so I have something else to do...

I hope this isn't a new trend, as the service has been pretty tight over the
last few months.
