I got a letter from them outlining special "reconnect" instructions that
would be neccesary if they called us and told us to do it. I didn't look
them over but it's possible that the network won't be built exactly the
same way when they get it up again.

I'm just saying this because you said that you were expecting and e-mail
from your machine when it started working and that might not happen.
