On the other hand, the call we got from AT&T said that they'd be offering 2
days of free service for every day that it's down...  ;-)

20KB/sec is a hell of a lot better than modem speeds.  I can understand why
they don't give you 5mbits up and down, especially with so many
virus-infected boxes out there.  ;-/
