[NCLUG] Books?

I would recommend The C++ Programming Language 3rd Ed. by Stroustrup.  With
gcc 3.0 with the ANSI standard C++ library just around the corner it would
be better to learn the standard library rather than the old library.  (I am
assuming that the book below used the soon-to-be-old g++ standard library.)
