[NCLUG] Why one group per user and SGID home dirs

Yes of course they will allow it but it's the default on Debian, adduser just 
does it. I just checked RedHat 6.2 and it has group per user but doesn't seem 
to setgid on $HOME. What does RedHat 7.0 do?
