[NCLUG] FREE Advertising at Mall.com

This message was apparently sent by 216.142.23.169, which seems to have an
up-stream provider of "broadwing.net".  It's advertising the site
"mall.com" (216.142.33.100), which also seems to be served by broadwing.net.

I'll drop them a line.  Anyone want to submit the first address above to
the RBL?  I've never done that...
