I must admit, I couldn't figure out why my salesperson volume
went up.  ANYHOO...  I once heard a tale about a mythical employee.
This person had a voicemail box, but that's about it.  When a
salesperson called, they would say, "Oh, you really need to talk
to Fred about that.  I'll transfer you!" Once a month, they dump
out the vmail box.
