Hey all,

I have a small dillemma. I was upgrading a ton of packages and when it
gets around to unpacking libc6_2.2.4-5, apt-get fails with this error:

unable to stat `./usr/share/zoneinfo/Africa/Douala' (which I was about to
install): Value too large for defined data type

then when I look at that file I get a:

anvar:/usr/share/zoneinfo/Africa# less Douala
Douala: Input/output error

anvar:/usr/share/zoneinfo/Africa# ls -l Douala
ls: Douala: Input/output error
l-wSr-s--- 65390 3705339821 4294203706 4294569439 Oct 31 1969 Douala

Can anybody shed some light on this. I'm stumped. All of the other files
seem fine in that dir, except for one other which reads:

anvar:/usr/share/zoneinfo/Africa# ls -l Bangui
cr----xr-- 65413 1548025654 4285821771 132, 108 Oct 27 1969 Bangui

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
