[NCLUG] CVS Auto update of web pages?

here's the line i use in loginfo:

web	cd /home/webadmin/build && touch /home/webadmin/update

this is because the web server == the cvs server atm.  an e-mail mechansim
that causes the file creation on a remote server could easily be plugged in.
