[NCLUG] windoze port newbie

Look into Cygwin, it has the GNU C/C++ compilers for Windows.  It nice in 
that it gives a UNIX like environment to work in.  I was able to compile my 
UNIX C code without making hardly any changes to my code, including all the 
TCP/IP socket communications!
