[NCLUG] windows media format encoder for linux

I'm happy with using real encoder in wine to generate Real Audio
streams.  Now I want to add Windows Media streams of the same audio to
my website.  I found dbPowerAmp (www.dbpoweramp.com), and of course
Windows Media Encoder, but neither of these work in wine or linux.
Excluding the vmware-running-windows-in-a-box solution, does anyone
know of a tool to encode audio into windows media format in linux?
