BTW, the BBB makes a big deal about ethical business practices and doing
business with respect towards others. I would doubt that the basic
exchange:

"you're doing something illegal"

"so, sue me."

constitutes what they have in mind. I have no idea what the BBB would
really do as I get the impression that they don't take firm stances except
in the most black-and-white cases. But it might still be worth bringing to
their attention. Because if they are willing to take a stand and boot the
business from the BBB it wouldn't be a bad thing.
