[NCLUG] SAMBA, Apache and permissions

Thanks... Didn't think of doing that.  Yes, after su'ing to apache user it 
could still cat the file.  Guess now I'll bug the SAMBA community.  Also 
this still happens with the latest release of SAMBA, 2.2.5.
