[NCLUG] does anyone prosecute bad email schemes?

Most of those schemes (also known as advanced fee fraud or 419 scams) come 
from Nigeria, and are in fact one of the top ten industries of Nigeria. :p  
They bribe government officials to keep them off their backs.
