[NCLUG] Shell scripts

How do I setup shell scripts. I'm using bash, and the following file sanaah.sh 
containing 3 commands

#!/bin/bash
texexec -tex=omega sanaah
dvipdfm sanaah
acroread sanaah

gives me the error

bash: : bad interpreter: Permission denied
