Yes really. The validity of the "proof" is independent of a court judgement
for damanges.

Secondly, there are requirements for due diligence, which SCO is following
in protecting their IP rights, rather than wait 7-10 years for a judgement
if IBM tries to string it out that long.

Now, if you wish to persit in quoting inflamatory claims against SCO about
the tone of the letters they sent out, them please quote SCO defend the
claim that the SCO letters are in fact what you claim.
