	yes, the bios states to first boot from floopy, then from cdrom, then hard disk.

	and when you run, it stops for a bit on that 
	Boot from CD:

	you see the lights flash a lot, then it gives up and goes to lilo.

	is there something else in the bios that needs to be set to make it work?

Not normally ... as long as the drive is on the first controller, has bootable
media, and the media is clean, it will normally boot.
