Greetings,

CLUE will be hosting an InstallFest at DeVry University Westminster Campus on
Saturday 3 April from 10AM to 4PM, where CLUE-North meets.

An 'Installfest' is a social gathering where folks interested in Linux share
knowledge about Linux installation and configuration. Often, those new to or
interested in Linux will bring their computers for installation assistance.
Others have already installed Linux and wish to try out new configurations or
software. Typically, the CLUE InstallFests last for most of a weekend day.

DeVry's campus address is 1870 West 122nd Avenue, Westminster, CO 80112 (map can
be found on the web page listed below).

Monitors, keyboards, mice, network cables, and power will be provided. For
internet connectivity, there will be wired as well as wireless (802.11b). We
would like to thank DeVry for allowing us to use these.

There will tentatively be available a CD ISO server thanks to The Linux ETC
Company on a separate and private LAN (wired and wireless) from DeVry's with
some current Linux distributions (RedHat 9.0, Mandrake 10.0, Knoppix 3.3/3.4,
and SuSE 9.0 at least). This will allow those with CD burners to download them
locally and burn them as much as they please, so bring some CD media (700MB size
recommend for most of the listed distributions).

The URL for additional details can be found at:

Hope to see everyone there!
