I should note that there are src/dest IP pairings that both succeed and
fail 100% even thru FRII. A good test requires using 1-2 dozen IP addresses
in a Class C.  Single machine/IP's which fail are a useful indication that
the problem exists. Successes for a single machine/IP aren't nearly as
useful, as successes for particular src IP's exist on failing networks.

might be worth hacking an expect/send script to walk a linux box thru
2 dozen IP's to automate the testing. Especially since some failing
src/dest pairs only fail once every dozen or two connections.
