[NCLUG] ANN: NCLUG Hacking Society (every day this week), December 27, 2005

I'm planning on attending tonight.

I'm try to download and burn Fedora Core 4 i386 32 bit DVD/CD installation
disks. None of what I burn passes the "linux mediacheck" however. I would
like to install some modern Linux on my antique notebook.

Would anyone attending be willing to loan me a recent installation DVD or CD
set? I'm not particularly attached to Fedora -- I just happen to be most
familiar with Fedora.

Thanks,
Siegfried

Every night this week we will be doing Hacking Society at Evelyn and Sean's
place. It starts at 6pm, and we will make dinner plans at 6:30. If you
are going to be later than 6:30 but want dinner, please call by 6:30 and
we'll make sure you're included as well.
