The other reasons I went with Qwest over FRII and others is because
Qwest had no monthly traffic limit, and  it was one bill to pay vs 2.
If there is a problem, either ISP or DSL line, it's one company to deal with,
they can't get into a finger pointing game of DSL provider vs ISP who
has the problem.
