[NCLUG] To the NCLUG administration about the digest

Glenn,

The old digest header was the (mandatory) default for the 
Mailman list server software.  Thanks to Kevin at tummy.com, 
for removing this default text for our list so that we can now
actually specify the header.

Now, does the digest header and footer text make sense?
