[NCLUG] Ousting Exchange

Yeah, I'm not sure why but it really seems that FC4 is much less stable and
I just built our new web-support system using Debian - I'll admit to a
learning curve - I've gotten used to the RedHat 'cheats' and way of doing
things like sys init, etc.

I'll have to give CentOS a try - my personal webhost just switched to CentOS
for their cPanel servers so I've been wondering about it more and more...
The main thing we need for these potential client machines is ease of
updates, etc

On an unrelated note, I just got word that a company I did some work for
some 6-7 years ago recently took down the RedHat 6 server I had installed in
early 2000.  He said he had flat forgotten about it and hadn't rebooted it
in something like 2 years.  Of course when he took it down he quickly found
that it was a router for one of the subnets.  It had been sitting there
chucking packets for 6 years - that's stability...
