[NCLUG] Flash Streaming in CentOS

Honestly I haven't tried a lot - it's a background project, something I'd
like to get going for my Church so they can offer streaming video - very
unlikely that more than 1 or 2 people would access the stream at once.  I
may just end up talking them into getting RHEL anyway, but I'd like to avoid
putting this on IIS for obvious reasons.
