To provide some context on my progress (and thanks to everyone so
far), Paul Price contacted me off list soon after my original email
and suggested CollegeAmerica. I felt like a stooge for not thinking
of that initially, since they've been so helpful to us for so long. I
got in contact with Craig at CollegeAmerica, and he said it sounded
like a great idea, and he would check with the campus director and get
back to me.

CollegeAmerica has wired ethernet, although I told Craig that we could
provide our own switches and the like. I have SOME hardware, but I
definitely don't have hardware that could support what I'm assuming
many of you would want to bring to the install fest.

What kinds of support hardware can everyone provide? We probably need
switches and the like, and if someone has some crazy PXE server, I
think that might be a little nicer than passing around CDs and the
like. Anyone have any suggestions.
