Will show you "Out of Date" modules, whether or not you should upgrade  
them is not remotely clear however.  Sometimes (too often!) major non- 
backwards compatible changes happen as part of that upgrade.

As a general rule - I do not upgrade a perl module unless I've got a  
reason.
