(Some green/recycle/save-it-from-the-landfill content, though)

I've recently cleaned out the storage unit and come across my
collection of old Byte magazines. I haven't done a thorough
inventory, but there are issues dating back to at last 1982. 4 feet
of shelf space worth of issues. It's certainly not a complete
collection of any given year, but there's entertainmet to be had if
you're the sort who likes reading old issues of 1980s vintage computer
magazines. Or laughing at old Microsoft advertisements. So if anyone
would like to save 50+ kilograms of old glossy computer magazines from
the recycle bin, please let me know off-list.

Delivery to next month's meeting is feasible. I'm not particularly
interested in splitting them up, but am willing to bring the whole
collection for attendees to do some snagging from.

(FWIW, Jerry Pournelle was just as annoying in 1982 as he was in
1995.)
