[NCLUG] Image Crop Tool?

I am looking for an image crop tool.  Looking for a free software
tool.  This is actually for other people.  So it needs to be a
graphical tool.  (Leaving my usual choice of ImageMagick out.)  The
gimp is good but rather heavy.  It is really too much for someone
unfamiliar with it who just wants to crop an image.

Is there something available that is light weight that can do image
cropping?  Any recommendations?
