Description

Avago Technologies is a global leader in the design and supply of analog 
and mixed signal semiconductors, components and subsystems. We are 
currently looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join the 
central licensing team.

Specific duties could include, but are not limited to, system 
administration, license administration, vendor and outsourced service 
management, project/program management, on-call rotation duties, contract 
management, and maintaining the availability of a critical 7x24x365 
service.

Qualifications

Required:

     * Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
     * Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
     * Able to be on-site within 30 minutes when on-call
     * Senior level *nix (Linux/RedHat) administration
     * Strong project/program management skills
     * Strong scripting (Perl/Ruby/Shell/Etc) skills
     * Strong written/verbal communication skills
     * Good SQL/DB administration skills

Preferred:

     * FlexLM administration experience
     * Experience in vendor/outsourced service management
     * Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical field
     * Semiconductor/EDA industry experience
     * Networking, backup, DR, monitoring, Windows, experience
