How do i make this sound like it's not a commercial?

Over the past several weeks have been getting deeper into Linux, mainly  
experimenting with various distributions and configurations.  Since most of  
the Windows PCs on this planet have now been compromised, anyone who really  
needs a secure computer or one that doesn't demand upgrading every couple of  
years will need Linux.

Probably you didn't know that in mid-December i had surgery, which meant  
discontinuing all paid work in Cheyenne. Now i'm recovering in a safe house  
in Ft. Collins.  Can't walk or drive at the moment, but can run a mean  
computer.  You know, make them fetch, roll over, beg -- that sort of thing.

In other words, available.  Stray slightly battered Linux oriented human for  
rent.
