Let's Encrypt is a free, automated, and open certificate authority,
run for the public's benefit to enable everyone to use secure
communication. This enables anyone to make ssl certificates for https
web sites, IMAPS servers, anything that needs an SSL certificate.
Have a web site that needs SSL? Use Let's Encrypt. Have a test
project you just want to tinker with? Use Let's Encrypt. Generate an
automated SSL certificate for it.

Redmine is a free (libre), web-based project management and issue
tracking tool. It allows users to manage multiple projects and
associated subprojects. It features per project wikis and forums,
time tracking, and flexible role based access control. It includes a
calendar and Gantt charts to aid visual representation of projects and
their deadlines. Redmine integrates with various version control
systems and includes a repository browser and diff viewer.
