Mailing list upgrade

Thanks to Kevin, I was able to get a set of spamassassin patches that
work with the latest Mailman.  This is the reason that mailman has not
been updated for NCLUG.

The new Mailman includes a whole ton of new and nifty features.  Please

at the bottom of the page you can examine and change your subscription
options.
