They periodically send messages about local Microsoft events in the area. The message is included below(headers intact for the curious). You might remember a few of us from NCLUG and CLUE went at handed out Linux CDs at the Microsoft Windows2000 launch event down in Denver a few years ago. Maybe something similar could be done for these events? The W2K launch was huge and at the Buell(sp?) Theater. I'm not sure how big these events are but it still might be fun. There's even going to be one in Ft. Collins on January 13. ------- Forwarded Message >From connect-ms at email.microsoft.com Mon Dec 22 16:11:54 2003 Return-Path: X-Original-To: matt at taggart.lackof.org Delivered-To: taggart at localhost.home.bogus Received: from colo.lackof.org (colo.lackof.org [198.49.126.79]) by cyrix.home.bogus (Postfix) with ESMTP id 60AAA1AA5F2 for ; Mon, 22 Dec 2003 16:11:54 -0800 (PST) Received: from localhost (localhost [127.0.0.1]) by colo.lackof.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id ACEC9298045 for ; Mon, 22 Dec 2003 17:11:53 -0700 (MST) Received: from colo.lackof.org ([127.0.0.1]) by localhost (colo [127.0.0.1]) (amavisd-new, port 10024) with ESMTP id 07250-10 for ; Mon, 22 Dec 2003 17:11:52 -0700 (MST) Received: from master.debian.org (master.debian.org [146.82.138.7]) by colo.lackof.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 96984298039 for ; Mon, 22 Dec 2003 17:11:52 -0700 (MST) Received: from mh.microsoft.m0.net [209.11.164.116] by master.debian.org with esmtp (Exim 3.35 1 (Debian)) id 1AYZUP-00031O-00; Mon, 22 Dec 2003 17:29:29 -0600 Received: from [209.11.138.66] by 10.202.1.116 (mh.microsoft.m0.net) with ESMTP; 22 Dec 2003 15:37:43 +0000 Message-ID: <11220264074.1072135621029 at m0.net> Date: Mon, 22 Dec 2003 15:27:00 -0800 (PST) From: Connect with Microsoft Reply-To: connect-ms at email.microsoft.com To: TAGGART at debian.org Subject: Matt - Events for Developers in New York Errors-To: connect-ms at email.microsoft.com Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary="---=_NEXT_f9a043494c" X-cid: 11220264074 X-pid: 281156 Delivered-To: taggart at debian.org X-Virus-Scanned: by amavisd-new-20030616-p5 (Debian) at lackof.org New for Developers An Important Update about Microsoft MSDN Events in your Area Dear Matt, MSDN Events, delivered by Microsoft certified presenters, are half-day free events that focus on the best solutions for developer professionals.
