Is there any other mailing list manager than Mailman?  ;-)

I built a (python, of course) program to do the same sort of "automagic
alias support" that you have in exim, though it sounds from the HOWTO
you reference like it may handle multiple domains slightly better than
exim.  I also put out an RFC to the mailman devel list about adding
better domain handling support in Mailman, but haven't received any
responses back on it yet.
