You may not have your domain name set properly, or the "search" line
in /etc/resolv.conf may not list far enough.  You can always supply
a full domain name for them.  I think they are something like

  mail.ftclns-xx.home.com

or something similar to that.  I'm not sure.  I don't use their 
mail servers...
