I'm not a lawyer but IMHO, they kind of screwed themselves (as it relates to
your situation) with the "for any commercial purpose".  I think should have
said "for any purpose".  I don't know; maybe the sentence(s) following that
one cover the/all situations.

I'll run this past my free legal counsel.  Hey, if I can get abused being
the family 'help desk' then all I can say is "pay backs are hell" ;)
