[NCLUG] removing people from the list

I have had to remove the following people from the NCLUG list due to prolonged 
excessive bounces. If anyone knows these people you might want to let them 
know.

zilla at ns1.uscreativetypes.com -> connection refused
rawls at mtair.net(aka rawls at mountainmax.net) -> user unknown
joeb at fc.hp.com -> connection timed out
