The Portland LUG used to do a very low-key "Install Clinic" every month,
distinct from the regular meetings. The idea there wasn't to get newbies
up and running (like with an Install Fest) but for people to help each
other out with troublesome problems like 486 toshiba laptops or whatever.

(Apart from people being there, the main issue for any kind of frequent
installation clinic type thingy is finding a suitable meeting place.
Tummy might be willing yet unable to accomodate us, because installations
generally take more space than meetings (tables in addition to chairs).)
