[NCLUG] Remove names from the list

I'm removing the following addresses from the nclug list due to excessive 
problems,

haplo at frii.com -> redirects to haplo at c1106224-a.ftclns1.co.home.com
   which is "Host unknown"

meaje at bigfoot.com -> rediects to meaje at c1483203-a.ftclns1.co.home.com
   which is "550 Domain does not exist."

If you know them please let them know.
