[NCLUG] where do I get acmkdir?

Okay, any of you programming gurus...

I have the "autotools" package, i.e., I have autoconf-2.13,
automake-1.4, and libtool-1.3.5.

I see in several pages on learning to use the autotools a reference to
a utility called "acmkdir," which lets you automatically generate a
project directory.  Does anyone else use acmkdir?  If so, where did
you get it?  It doesn't seem to be anywhere on my system.  I even
tried downloading, making, and installing the most up-to-date versions
of autoconf/automake/libtool, but still can't find it.

Any ideas?
