you have disc corruption.  i suggest you fsck this drive; if it doesn't
find a problem you'll need to remove this inode by hand, possibly using
debugfs, as rm may not take care of it.

i recommend stressing your system with a tool such as cerberus to see
if you have a hardware problem which caused this.
