This should be an easy fix... What kind of mouse /is/ it?
Does it act freakishly, or does it not work at all? Is
the "Mouse Device" set to /dev/psaux or /dev/mouse? If
you do "ls -la /dev/mouse" is it a symbolic link to /dev/psaux?
If it is a scrolly mouse, try using "imps/2" instead of "ps2"
drivers.
You might also try the "mm" or "mouseman" protocol. Is there
a switch on the bottom of the mouse?
