[NCLUG] Apache/Linux & M$ SQL Server 2000

I guess I thought ODBC was Windows-only, and that the open source version
wasn't ready for prime-time. You mean I can use ODBC to connect
Linux/Apache/Perl to Win/SQL Server? That's a lot simpler than I realized,
if I'm understanding correctly.

There are several ODBC packages for perl and python, I'd suggest
starting there. M$ SQL Server *does* still support ODBC, doesn't it?
Or have that changed to some sort of MSDBC "standard"?
