[NCLUG] Apache clobbering LD_LIBRARY_PATH

I didn't notice the subject -- the docs mention that, if you are using
suexec to do some scripting, Apache will clean 'dangerous' environment
variables.  LD_LIBRARY_PATH is certainly dangerous, so it may be being
cleaned in this way.
