Are your walls still open? Or tapping down from the attic and up from 
the basement?  Why not put in conduit (flex tube) with pull strings. 
That way, you can put in what you need now and not worry about what you 
need later.  And it'll pay for itself when (if) you sell the place. 
That's what I did.
