Your call.  It's annoying to need to get to some site and have it not
work due to the ECN stuff, but it is theoretically nicer to the
internet at large.  In practice, I switch it off when I need to and
usually forget to turn it back on most of the time.  But I don't find
myself turning it off more than once a month or so...
