and similarly, Red Hat does, but not with the latest and 
greatest without a bit of porting -- and that porting is well 
in hand -- see:
   http://aurora.linuxpower.org/ which is Red hat 7.2 -- but
Sun people are used to being a couple of laps behind, in the
name of stability <grin>
